Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Glorious is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Glorious is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
